Meet Shali

Fifteen years of practice, distilled into one hour with you.

Shali started teaching after breathwork pulled her out of a years-long burnout — not yoga's poses, but its exhale. Today her classes blend functional breath techniques with slow, accessible vinyasa and restorative yoga, for total beginners and lifelong practitioners alike.

Every session opens the same way: three minutes of nothing but breath, so you actually arrive before you begin moving.

Student stories

What changes, one breath in

"I came in stiff and skeptical about the breathwork. I left ten minutes into the flow and never went back to just stretching."

— Priya M., 2 years practicing

"Shali notices when you're holding your breath before you do. That's the whole class, honestly — someone finally watching you breathe."

— Daniel K., Vinyasa regular

"Yoga Nidra on a Sunday evening is the only hour of my week I actually stop thinking. Worth rearranging my schedule for."

— Renu S., Sunday regular
